G. Murphy Davis,
CFA, Chairman

Has responsibility for developing strategies, implementing investment programs, and directing overall fixed income strategies for total assets of over $5.5 billion. Has managed bank, municipal, trust, pension plan, mutual fund, and individual fixed income portfolios since 1971.

Has served as financial adviser to city, school, hospital, and county municipalities in providing credit analysis, structuring bond issues, making rating presentations in New York, writing bonds' notice of sales, and securing public financing for municipalities totaling over $1 billion.

Has served as guest lecturer and faculty member of the Texas Tech Intermediate School of Banking and as lecturer for the Texas Bankers Association's Investment Seminars. Has also served as investment portfolio analyst/appraiser for RTC savings and loan liquidations.

Has written published articles concerning investment portfolio structure and specific investment analysis. Speaks frequently to groups and clubs on the economy and fixed income investments.

Is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and has served, or is serving, as Executive Board Member of the Northwest Texas Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of Kell House Endowment Committee, Board Member of Partners in Education, Co-Chairman of Economic Committee of Goals for Wichita Falls, Board Member of First United Methodist Church of Wichita Falls, Member of Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation's IOLTA Revenue Enhancement Committee, member of the Board of Trustees for the Texas Bar Foundation, member of the Board Investment Committee of Wichita Falls Hospice, Trustee of Robert and Ruby Priddy Charitable Trust, and Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club Foundation of Wichita Falls.

Was graduated from Rice University and has received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. Professional Exams: Texas Securities Law, NYSE Securities Exam, NSAD Securities Exam, Series 63 and Municipal Advisor Series 50.

Murphy is responsible for developing strategies and investment programs for fixed income portfolios totaling in excess of $5.5 billion. He is also responsible for executing investment program purchases/sales and maintains computer systems to ensure best national execution for clients.

Murphy specialized in counseling CPAs and other tax professionals on business taxation issues and software support for the Lacerte tax software system, and performed extended testing of software in Corp, Scorp, Partnership and Fiduciary programs.

He taught Microsoft Excel and Word for continuing education at Tarrant County Junior College.

Was graduated with a BA in psychology from the University of North Texas and received an MBA from Texas Christian University with concentrations in finance and marketing. He coached 11 years of youth soccer in the Greater Wichita Falls Soccer Association, is a member of First United Methodist Church of Wichita Falls and served as an Executive Board Member of the Northwest Texas Council of the Boy Scouts of America assigned to the finance committee.
