Comprehensive

Over 150 individual reports can be generated from the SMI accounting system. The total number is determined by the various types of securities in the portfolio and the individual requirements of each client.

Timely

The accounting report is prepared monthly and is available for clients three business days prior to month end. This report is available in hard copy or may be retrieved approximately two days earlier via computer from SMI's client bulletin board.

Objective

SMI utilizes third party appraisals and a pricing matrix to determine fair market value.

Accurate

Computations in the accounting report are all consistent with GAAP and regulatory standards, including FAS 115 designations and accounting treatment.
